Stress is an epidemic of the modern age. It is a modern monster who has everybody in its clutches. Children, student, youngmen and women, both employed and unemployed, grownupsall are victims of this ubiquitous infection. Today everybody looks like a pressure cooker put on a burning stove. Under this unbearable disease we are always in sick hurry and have no time to stand and stare at the beautiful things of life. There is a glorious sunshine beautiful rose but we don't look at it. There are sweet-smelling beautiful roses but we do not smell them. We are full of irritation and impatient and so lose concentration and peace of mind every quickly.
